The main shafts at both ends of the ball mill use dynamic and static pressure bearings. During the debugging, testing, and production process of the ball mill, it is easy to cause damage to the bearing due to asynchronous lifting of the two end main shafts and insufficient clearance. According to the design principle of dynamic and static pressure bearings, before starting the ball mill, the high-pressure oil pump should be turned on first to lift the two shaft ends of the ball mill and form a high-pressure oil film. After that, the ball mill runs slowly. When it runs normally, the high-pressure oil pump stops. At the same time, the spray lubrication system is activated to achieve the purpose of lubrication. However, due to the working principle of the ball mill itself, the unevenness of its load, installation deviation, improper operation, etc. can easily cause insufficient clearance between the two ends of the main shaft of the ball mill. At this time, starting the high-speed motor can easily cause damage to the bearing of the ball mill. In response to this phenomenon, a monitoring system is used to visually observe the gap between the two ends of the spindle of the ball mill to solve the problem

The oil volume between the two shafts of the ball mill is converted into the oil volume between the two shafts of the ball mill. After passing through the static pressure of the float shaft, the oil volume enters the float shaft and is transmitted to the control panel next to the ball mill After the two signals match, the operator instructs to start the ball mill. This effectively solves the problem of bearing damage caused by asynchronous lifting and insufficient clearance between the two ends of the ball mill spindle
